CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 1D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Meg Sawyer, HR and Communications Manager <br />MEETING DATE: June 27, 2022 <br />TOPIC: Consider Approval of Appointment of Rookery Part -Time Staff <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Council is being asked to consider approval of the appointment of part-time staff for The <br />Rookery. <br />BACKGROUND <br />As we continue to move forward with the opening of the new activity center, staff is seeking <br />approval to hire part-time personnel to work at The Rookery. <br />The recruiting process continues with interviewing and background investigations. This process <br />has identified candidates that will be a great addition to our staff at The Rookery. <br />At this time, staff recommends the Council approve the hiring of the part-time personnel listed <br />below: <br />Alexis <br />Ready <br />Lifeguard <br />Julia <br />Zalewski <br />Lifeguard <br />Jaden <br />Manthey <br />Lifeguard <br />Teresa <br />Danzl Pierson <br />Aqua Fitness Instructor <br />Timothy <br />Henderson <br />Lifeguard <br />Timothy <br />Ball <br />Lifeguard <br />Emma <br />Dos Santos <br />Swim Instructor <br />Bradley <br />Mouser <br />Lifeguard <br />Austin <br />Brang <br />Lifeguard <br />Maesa <br />Ste eman <br />Lifeguard <br />Start dates vary based on position and training schedule. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the appointment of the personnel above for part-time positions at The Rookery Activity <br />Center. <br />
