BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves Lake Amelia Woods Final Plat subject to the following items being recorded <br />prior to issuance of any building permits: <br />1. Final Plat <br />2. Development Agreement <br />3. Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities <br />4. Access Easement Agreement <br />5. Permanent Trail and Sidewalk Easement <br />6. Partial Release of Easement <br />7.
