CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-19 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR LAKE AMELIA WOODS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Lake Amelia Woods Final Plat with Resolution No. <br />22-18 on June 27, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between CB Property, LLC and the City of Lino <br />Lakes for Lake Amelia Woods and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of June, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
