CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-19 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR LAKE AMELIA WOODS <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the Lake Amelia Woods Final Plat with Resolution No. <br /> 22-18 on June 27, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement between CB Property, LLC and the City of Lino <br /> Lakes for Lake Amelia Woods and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of June, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
