CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-46 <br /> APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR THE 2021 WATER SERVICE <br /> CONDITION REVIEW <br /> WHEREAS, on September 13, 2021,the City Council passed resolution 21-97, awarding the <br /> contract for the 2021 Water Service Condition Review to T.A. Schifsky& Sons, Inc. in the <br /> amount of$58,800.00; <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final) for the 2021 <br /> Water Service Condition Review and can be found on file at the offices of the City of Lino Lakes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br /> Request No. 2 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of$49,728.60. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of June, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof.
