Review Regular Agenda <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Item 4A—Consider Appointment of Police Sergeant—Public Safety Director <br /> 16 explained that there is a vacancy in the department for a police sergeant and the process to <br /> 17 fill that position brings forwards a recommendation to promote Officer Dan Thill to the <br /> 18 open position. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Item 6A—Consider Approval of Payment No. 2 and Final Payment for the 2021 <br /> 21 Water Service Condition Review—City Engineer Hankee explained that staff is <br /> 22 requesting authorization to make final payments for the water project that includes <br /> 23 replacement of certain infrastructure so as to identify future needs including for the <br /> 24 upcoming street rehabilitation project. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Item 6B—Lake Amelia Woods,Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement— <br /> 27 Community Development Director Grochala explained that the Lake Amelia Woods <br /> 28 project preliminary plat was previously approved by the council. The project involves <br /> 29 developments of homes on four residential 10 acre lots. <br /> 30 2.
