COUNCIL MINUTES APPROVED 39 3A) Consider Approval of Appointment of Streets and Stormwater Maintenance Worker— 40 Human Resources and Communications Manager Sawyer reviewed her written staff report. Staff is 41 recommending the appointment of Daniel Howell, who is currently working as a temporary in the 42 Public Works Department. 43 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve the appointment of Danial Howell as recommended. 44 Councilmember Cavern seconded the motion.
