Traffic Impact Study <br />Robinson Property <br />Yield Plan - With Carl Street Connection <br />Results of the forecast year 2040 build traffic operations analysis under the Yield Plan with a <br />Carl Street connection, presented in Table 15, indicate that each study intersection is expected to <br />operate at overall LOS B or better during the weekday a.m. and p.m. peak hours. In addition, no <br />significant side -street delay or queuing issues were observed in traffic simulations. To affirm adequate estimated <br />operations, a cursory roundabout capacity analysis was performed at the Main Street/ <br />Sunset Avenue intersection by comparing the forecast year 2040 traffic volumes against the <br />roundabout capacity curves presented in the Highway Capacity Manual, 6th edition. The results <br />of this analysis, shown in Figure 15 and Figure 16, indicate that the capacity provided by the <br />planned Main Street/Sunset Avenue single -lane roundabout is able to accommodate the forecast <br />year 2040 traffic volumes for each potential site plan alternative. <br />ALLIANT 9'.. <br />Alliant No. 221-0180.1 28 <br />June 30, 2022 <br />
