Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />MODEL YEAR <br />The chassis shall have a vehicle identification number that reflects a 2024 model year. <br />COUNTRY OF SERVICE <br />The chassis shall be put in service in the country of United States of America (USA). <br />The chassis will meet applicable U.S.A. federal motor vehicle safety standards per CFR Title 49 Chapter <br />V Part 571 as clarified in the incomplete vehicle book per CFR Title 49 Chapter V Part 568 Section 4 <br />which accompanies each chassis. The chassis manufacturer is not responsible for compliance to state, <br />regional, or local regulations. Dealers should identify those regulations and order any necessary optional <br />equipment from the chassis manufacturer or their OEM needed to be in compliance with those <br />regulations. <br />CAB AND CHASSIS LABELING LANGUAGE <br />The cab and chassis shall include the applicable caution, warning, and safety notice labels with text to be <br />written in English. All applicable caution, warning, and safety notice labels shall be Innovative Controls <br />brand. Where applicable to the location within the specific layout and label package of the cab and <br />chassis, the labels shall include decorative chrome bezels. Designs shall include bezels that fit individual <br />labels or packaged configurations of labels in certain common locations. <br />The following labels shall be Innovative Controls brand, each including a decorative chrome bezel <br />(where applicable): <br />• Shoreline <br />• Aerial Stowed <br />• Aerial Breakers 2 <br />• Air Conditioner <br />• Cab Tilt Plate <br />• Air Compressor Breaker <br />• Battery Conditioner Breaker <br />• Helmet Caution <br />• Horn Tag <br />• Q2B Tag <br />• Load Center Plate <br />• Not a Step Label <br />• Occupancy Tag <br />• Do Not Move <br />• Occupants Must Be Seated <br />• Do Not Stand <br />• Danger Do Not Weld <br />• Danger --Untrained Operator <br />• DEF Fill Access (Including Additional 2907 Optional Labels) <br />• Battery Direct <br />• Kneeling <br />• IFS Air Fault <br />• Engine Brake <br />07/26/22 <br />-6- <br />
