Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />FOLDING LADDER TRAY <br />A fabricated 4-way aluminum treadplate "tray" shall be furnished, designed to accommodate a DuoSafety <br />folding ladder, location to be customer designated. <br />ALL PURPOSE HOOK: PIKE POLE, 6-FOOT FIBERGLASS <br />One (1) each, Hooks Unlimited 6 ft. "New York"with fiberglass straight pole, and Roof Hook to be <br />furnished. <br />ALL PURPOSE HOOK: PIKE POLE, 8-FOOT FIBERGLASS <br />One (1) each, Hooks Unlimited 8 ft. "New York"with fiberglass straight pole, and Roof Hook to be <br />furnished. <br />PIKE POLE MOUNTINGS) <br />Please refer to the Apparatus Body Section for description of Pike Pole mounting location(s). <br />FLAT HEAD AXE(S) <br />One (1) fiberglass handled 6 pound. flathead style axe(s) to be furnished. <br />PICK HEAD AXE(S) <br />One (1) fiberglass handled 6 pound. pickhead style axe(s) to be furnished <br />NOTE: Where the "pick" is exposed, a tethered rubber or vinyl shield shall be furnished. <br />AXE BRACKET(S) AND INSTALLATION <br />Two (2), each Axe bracket set(s) shall be furnished and installed. Brackets shall be chrome -plated, blade <br />pocket and handle clip styles, bolted in position per Fire Department approval. <br />ABC FIRE EXTINGUISHER <br />One (1) 20 pound.
