ENGINE TUNNEL TRIM <br />The cab engine tunnel shall be covered with a multi -layer mat consisting of 0.25 inch closed cell foam <br />with a 0.06 inch thick non -slip vinyl surface with a pebble grain finish. The mat shall be held in place by <br />pressure sensitive adhesive. The engine tunnel mat shall be trimmed with anodized aluminum stair <br />nosing trim for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. <br />POWER POINT DASH MOUNT <br />The cab shall include two (2) dual universal serial bus (USB) charging receptacles in the cab dash <br />switch panel to provide a power source for USB chargeable electrical equipment. Each USB receptacle <br />shall include two ports and shall be capable of up to a 5 Volt 3.4 amp total output. Port 1 is optimized <br />for fast charging at 1 amp. Port 2 is optimized for fast charging up to 2.4 amps, when used individually. <br />The receptacles shall be wired master switch. <br />AUXILIARY POWER POINT REAR CREW <br />The cab interior shall include 3.00 feet of coiled wiring for two (2) universal serial bus (USB) charging <br />receptacles to be installed at the rear wall in the crew area by the OEM. The USB receptacles shall be <br />connected to the batteries. Two (2) USB receptacles with mounting housing shall be shipped loose with <br />the chassis. Each USB port shall be capable of a 12 watt 2.4 amp fast charge output. The final <br />installation shall provide a power source for USB chargeable electrical equipment. <br />STEP TRIM <br />Each cab entry door shall include a three step entry. The first step closest to the ground shall be <br />constructed of SAE 304 stainless steel with embossed perforations and diamond shaped cutout. The <br />perforations and cutouts shall allow water and other debris to flow through rather than becoming trapped <br />within the stepping surface. The step shall feature a splash guard to reduce water and debris from <br />splashing in to the step. The splash guard shall have drainage holes beneath the back of the step to allow <br />debris and water to flow through rather than becoming trapped within the stepping surface. The stainless <br />steel material shall have a number 8 mirror finish. The lower step shall be mounted to a frame which is <br />integral with the construction of the cab for rigidity and strength. The middle step shall be integral with <br />the cab construction and shall be trimmed with a Flex-Tredo adhesive grit surface material. <br />UNDER CAB ACCESS DOOR <br />The cab shall include an aluminum access door in the left crew step riser painted to match the cab <br />interior paint with a push and turn latch. The under cab access door shall provide access to the diesel <br />exhaust fluid fill. <br />INTERIOR DOOR TRIM <br />The interior trim on the doors of the cab shall consist of an aluminum panel constructed of Marine Grade <br />5052-H32 0.13 of an inch thick aluminum plate. The door panels shall include a painted finish. <br />DOOR TRIM CUSTOMER NAMEPLATE <br />The interior door trim on the front doors shall include a customer nameplate which states the vehicle <br />was custom built for their Department. <br />CAB DOOR TRIM REFLECTIVE <br />The interior of each door shall include high visibility reflective tape. A white reflective tape shall be <br />provided vertically along the rear outer edge of the door. The lowest portion of each door skin shall <br />
