Provide the brief project summary to be published in the EQB Monitor, (approximately 50 words) <br />The Robinson project is a proposed low, medium, and high density residential development on an <br />existing 158-acre agricultural area in the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota. Two site plan <br />alternatives have been developed for the project: <br />• PUD Concept Plan —The PUD concept plan is expected to consist of 557 dwelling units of the <br />following types: <br />0 242 single family detached homes <br />0 315 townhomes <br />• Yield Plan —The yield plan, considered close to the maximum density allowed under future <br />year 2040 land use plans, is expected to consist of 707 dwelling units of the following types: <br />0 263 single family detached homes <br />0 164 townhomes <br />0 280 multi -family units <br />See Appendix A, Figures 2 and 3 for the PUD concept plan and yield plan. <br />PAGE 2 <br />
