It should be noted that the following weekday peak hours were observed during the <br />data collection period: <br />• AM Peak Hour: 7:00 a.m. — 8:00 a.m. <br />• PM Peak Hour: 4:15 p.m. — 5:15 p.m. <br />2.2.3 Pedestrian/Bicycle Accommodations <br />Existing pedestrianibicycle accommodations within the study area are generally limited.
