The City will collect a cash fee of $2,520 per acre per platted lot in lieu of land dedication for <br />commercial development. The June 13, <br />2022 City Council staff report and resolutions detail the site and building plan review and <br />conditional use permit for the car wash. Development of Lot 2 will require full site and <br />building plan review. <br />Signage <br />A separate sign permit application shall be submitted prior to signage installation. <br />Agreements <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater facilities on the site will be privately maintained and a Stormwater <br />Maintenance Declaration will be required. <br />Development Agreement and Final Plat <br />A Development Agreement will be prepared by the City as it relates to the final plat and <br />development. <br />Findings of Fact <br />The Findings of Fact for Otter Crossing 2nd Addition Final Plat are detailed in Resolution No. <br />22-76. <br />n <br />
