CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-78 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 5th ADDITION <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on August 8, 2022 the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-78 approving <br />Watermark 5th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 5th Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of August, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
