Determine Date for Rookery Ribbon Cutting Ceremony — Public Services <br />Director DeGardner noted planned events for opening activities at the Rookery. The <br />Council indicated that the 241h is their preference. Staff will work on the details and share <br />them with the council. Staff will pick an optimal time of day for a ribbon cutting <br />ceremony. <br />As an update on the facility, Mr. DeGardner noted that everything is done and ready to go <br />including the refurbished water slide and all locker rooms; there is one a/c unit in the pool <br />area that needs to be finalized. The facility is fully open. <br />2.
