CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.21-85 <br />APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />WORKSHEET FOR ROBINSON SOD FARM <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules Chapter 4410 establishes the requirements for the preparation of an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, Integrate Properties, LLC is proposing a residential development that would <br />require an EAW based on its proposed number of dwelling units; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has initiated an environmental review to determine if a project has the <br />potential for significant environmental effects, as required by 4410.1000, Subpart 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the project proposer has submitted data for an EAW and the City has reviewed the <br />submitted data and determined to the best of the City's knowledge that the EAW is complete and <br />accurate; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the distribution of the Robinson Sod Farms EAW for public comment as required by <br />MN Rules 4410.1500. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of August, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />and was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof - <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
