,.y <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-75 <br /> APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 9 AND FINAL FOR THE NE DRAINAGE AREA <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to resolution 20-133 of the Council adopted November 9, 2020, awarding <br /> the contract for the NE Drainage Area Improvement Project to Jacon LLC in the amount of <br /> $1,010,009.00; <br /> WHEREAS, on September 27, 2021 the City Council passed resolution 21-91, approving <br /> Change Order No. 1 in the amount of$17,332.62; <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 9 (Final); <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br /> Request No. 9 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of$1,027,341.65. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of August, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
