This application is separate from the Rehbein Black <br />Dirt CUP (CU 2022-001) that is also at this location. The applicant is requesting approval <br />of a Conditional Use Permit to place approximately 70,000 to 120,000 cubic yards (CY) <br />of suitable fill material to make developable building pads with proper drainage and <br />stormwater management. The stockpile locations for the building pads would be up to 12 <br />
