CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-106 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF GATEWAY DESIGN <br />PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies the need to develop design standards to <br />strengthen and maintain the appearance of the City's gateways and key transportation corridors, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, three of the City's six identified gateway location are currently under <br />consideration for improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has recommended the preparation of a design study <br />to guide improvements to these key locations, and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to prepare a design guideline <br />document for gateway locations and final plans for the Hodgson and County Road J intersection, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the Gateway Design study is hereby ordered and WSB and Associates is directed <br />to prepare the study in an amount of $37,000. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of September, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None (Absent - Ruhland) <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
