CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Chair Tralle called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:31 <br />p.m. on August 10, 2022. <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth made a MOTION to approve the July 13, 2022 meeting minutes. <br />Motion was supported by Neil Evenson. Motion carried 5 – 0. Chair Tralle abstained. <br /> <br />V. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared Open Mike at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />Nathaniel Chapman, property owner of 7785 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN 55014, <br />expressed concern to the Board over the rezoning of his 7785 Lake Drive property from <br />Industrial to General Business, and the City of Lino Lakes seemingly unwillingness to <br />work with prospective buyers of his 7785 Lake Drive property. <br /> <br />Mr. Chapman submitted to the Board a document which states that since October of <br />2021, nineteen business have inquired to operate in the City of Lino Lakes but have failed <br />to do so because of the City of Lino Lakes current zoning and proposed zoning ordinance <br />updates. <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: August 10, 2022 <br /> TIME STARTED: 6:31 P.M. <br /> TIME ENDED: 10:11 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Paul Tralle (Chair), Isaac Wipperfurth, <br /> Nathan Vojtech, Michael Root, <br /> Perry Laden, Neil Evenson <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Michael Grochala, Katie Larsen, Kelsey Gelhar, <br />Harrison Maxwell <br />
