CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ` RESOLUTION NO.22-102 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES,AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT,2022 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2022 Surface Water <br /> Maintenance Project quotes were received,and tabulated: <br /> CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br /> Arnt Construction Company, Inc. $177,850.20 <br /> Fuhr Trenching Did Not Quote <br /> C.W. Houle, Inc. Did Not Quote <br /> Jacon LLC $262,478.00 <br /> North Pine Aggregate, Inc. $248,735.00 <br /> Olson's Sewer Service/Olson's Excavating Services Did Not Quote <br /> Penn Contracting, Inc. Did Not Quote <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder;and <br /> WHEREAS,the funding for the project is from the Stormwater Maintenance Fund; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Arnt Construction <br /> Company, Inc. for the construction of the 2022 Surface Water Maintenance Project in the amount <br /> of$177,850.20; <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 121h day of September, 2022. <br /> he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None (Absent - Ruhland) <br /> ATTEST: R a erty, M&yor <br /> F <br /> ia6ne Bartell, City lerk <br />
