CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-106 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF GATEWAY DESIGN <br /> PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,the 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies the need to develop design standards to <br /> strengthen and maintain the appearance of the City's gateways and key transportation corridors, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,three of the City's six identified gateway location are currently under <br /> consideration for improvement; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Board has recommended the preparation of a design study <br /> to guide improvements to these key locations, and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to prepare a design guideline <br /> document for gateway locations and final plans for the Hodgson and County Road J intersection, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br /> That the Gateway Design study is hereby ordered and WSB and Associates is directed <br /> to prepare the study in an amount of$37,000. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of September, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
