<br />2 <br /> <br />Mr. DeGardner stated the current 2023 budget draft includes: <br /> 200ft. of materials to fix the boardwalk in the Foxborough development - $15,000 <br /> Replace the Rice Lake Elementary basketball court - $40,000 <br /> Seal two parking lots at Sunrise Park - $54,000 <br /> Paint and re-coat the pickleball courts at North Pointe Park - $7,000 <br /> Repair Country Lakes Lane Trail - $75,000 <br />Mr. DeGardner stated the current 2023 budget draft items are maintenance projects. <br />Normally doesn’t bring these items to the Park Board but wanted them to be aware. <br /> <br />Park Board member William Kusterman asked Mr. DeGardner if the maintenance <br />projects would affect the 2023 Park Board budget. DeGardner explained the base budget <br />is the typical routine line items and won’t affect the Park Board budget. <br /> <br />B. Review Parks and Trails Fund <br />The Dedicated Parks Fund and Parks and Trails Fund summaries were also distributed at <br />the July Park Board meeting. Staff was also requested to provide a listing of playground <br />structures throughout the parks system. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Kusterman stated, does the usage warrant updates to the following parks, Birchwood <br />Acres, Shenandoah, or Brandywood Acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Gooder would like to discuss City Hall Park. <br /> <br />Mr. DeGardner stated 11 playground structures are more than 20 years old. <br />
