He asked that Item 6A be held for further discussion, noting the <br /> 24 absence of one council member and the need to look at the zoning code. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Councilmember Cavegn said he would support a postponement. Mayor Rafferty and <br /> 27 Councilmember Stoesz spoke against postponement. There was no further discussion on the <br /> 28 matter. <br /> 29 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br /> 30 Oath of Police Service—Police Officer Matt Reineke <br /> 31 PROCLAMATION <br /> 32 Proclaiming the week of September 17-23 as United States Constitution Week. A proclamation <br /> 33 was presented to representative and Lino Lakes' resident Merrily Space. <br /> 34 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 35 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items I through 1H, as presented. <br /> 36 Councilmember Stoesz seconded the motion.
