CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-96 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING KWIK TRIP MOTOR FUEL STATION AND <br /> COMMERCIAL CARWASH SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS,the City has completed review of the site and building plans for Kwik Trip motor <br /> fuel station and commercial car wash; and <br /> WHEREAS,the legal description of the property is: <br /> That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 31 North, Range 22 West,Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, described as follows: Lying southeasterly of the centerline of County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 23 and lying westerly of the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 49 (a/k/a <br /> Hodgson Road)Abstract Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site performance <br /> agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br /> the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Kwik Trip <br /> Inc. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of September, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by <br /> CouncilmemberStoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon a vote <br /> being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof.
