CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-111 <br /> SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br /> PROPOSED 2023 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2022 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN <br /> 2023 <br /> WHEREAS, cities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled City Council <br /> meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br /> this purpose. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br /> Minnesota,that: <br /> 1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 12, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2022/2023 <br /> tax levy and 2023 operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of September, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
