CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-121 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> 2022 I35E PIPE CROSSING PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Minger <br /> Construction, Co., Inc. in the amount of$512,927.80, on October 10,2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project in the amount of$32,036.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 Oth day of October, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council member Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Cavegn, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> • �,r�f <br /> Rob Aafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> i ne Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />
