CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-124 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE 2023 STREET REHABLITATION <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project: <br /> Full Depth Reclamation (approximately 0.25 miles)—Black Duck Drive(from 200 ft <br /> north of Crystal Court to the cul-de-sac). <br /> Mill and Overlay(approximately 1.29 miles)—Black Duck Drive(from 100 ft south of <br /> East Shadow Lake Drive to 200 ft north of Crystal Court), Crystal Court,Mallard Lane, <br /> East Shadow Lake Drive(from Black Duck Drive to the cul-de-sac(excluding the recently <br /> reconstructed intersection of East Shadow Lake Drive at Lantern Lane), Lantern Lane, <br /> Lantern Circle, and Partridge Place. <br /> WHEREAS, WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2023 Street <br /> Rehabilitation Project. <br /> 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to <br /> exceed$55,058.00. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon a vote being take <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereon: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> "`-Jul' ne Bartell, City Jerk---I. <br />
