CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-130 <br /> APPROVING BELLAND FARMS SECOND ADDITION <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the final plat for Belland Farms Second Addition with <br /> Resolution No. 22-129 on October 24, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement between Rehbein Properties and the City of Lino <br /> Lakes for Belland Farms Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br /> such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon a vote being take <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereon: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> • �.l�f�i,�. <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 4u ianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
