CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-131 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING ANOKA COUNTY CONDUCT A SPEED STUDY ON <br /> COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 34 (BIRCH STREET) FROM COUNTY STATE <br /> AID HIGHWAY 49 (HODGSON ROAD) TO OLD BIRCH STREET <br /> WHEREAS,Anoka County reconstructed County State Aid Highway 34 (Birch Street)from <br /> Hokah Drive to Birch Court in 2021 and installed roundabouts at Tomahawk Trail and West <br /> Shadow Lake Drive. <br /> WHEREAS,the City finds it in the best interest to complete the speed study on County State Aid <br /> Highway 34(Birch Street)from County State Aid Highway 49(Hodgson Road)to Old Birch <br /> Street. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby requests that Anoka County conduct a speed study to account for the proposed <br /> improvements on County State Aid Highway 34 (Birch Street). <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon a vote being take <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereon: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> , f�• <br /> Ro afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> )uliWe Bartell, City Jerk - <br /> i <br />
