CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-138 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project. <br /> WHEREAS,WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Pheasant Run <br /> Reconstruction Project. <br /> 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project for an amount not to <br /> exceed$67,788.00. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of November, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None (Absent- Lyden) <br /> Rob4afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jttli a� ne Bartell, City C rk <br />
