I" <br />Reading: <br />November <br />14, <br />2022 <br />Publication: December 6, 2022 <br />2nd <br />Reading: <br />November <br />28, <br />2022 <br />Effective: January 5, 2023 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO.08-22 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 1007: ZONING CODE <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Findings. The City Council finds that the amended zoning code and zoning map <br />protects the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the residents of <br />the community. <br />Section 2. Amendment. The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code including the <br />zoning map is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced with the following attached exhibits: <br />Exhibit A: Chapter 1007: Zoning Code <br />Exhibit B: Zoning Map of Lino Lakes <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lalces this 28th day of November, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Ruhland, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: Lyden <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Cit Cleric <br />1 <br />"• P`r <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
