5. Between Principal Buildings. Not less than one-half (1 /2) the sum of the building <br />heights of the two (2) buildings. <br />(3) Maximum Building Height. 45 feet except as allowed by City Code Section 1007.043(3). <br />(4) Maximum Impervious Surface Coverage. 75 percent of the lot area. <br />(5) Building Requirements.
