CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-140 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 08-22 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 08- <br /> 22, amending City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-22 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br /> publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br /> intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br /> WHEREAS,the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br /> copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 08-22, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for <br /> publication according to State Law and City Charter. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28t'day of November, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
