CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-142 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE 2023 LAKE DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2023 Lake Drive Trunk Water Main <br /> Improvements. <br /> WHEREAS,WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2023 Lake Drive <br /> Trunk Water Main Improvements. <br /> 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the 2023 Lake Drive Trunk Water Main Improvements for an <br /> amount not to exceed$22,192.00. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28t'day of November, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
