Land transitional between terrestrial and aquatic systems, as defined in <br />M.S. § 103G.005, Subd. 19. <br />(Ord. 09-15, passed 10-26-2015) <br />§ 1011.007 APPLICABILITY. <br />All laPA-land-disturbing activity may be subject to standard erosion and sediment <br />control BMPs.
