Disposal of <br />collected sediment shall be deposited only in approved locations. <br />(3) Grading, erosion and sediment control (ESC) required exhibits. The plan shall <br />be prepared and signed by a duly licensed professional engineer in the State of <br />Minnesota. The following exhibits must accompany the permit application: two plan <br />sets, full size (22 inches by 34 inches); and one electronic copy in a .pdf format.one <br />plan set, redUGed to maximurn size of 11 inGhes by 17 inGhes.
