Based on the City of Lino Lakes’ 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the City has designated this area of <br />the community for future residential growth to meet the projected housing demands of current and <br />future residents. It is the intent of the developer to create a low density, medium, and high <br />residential neighborhood that contributes to the city’s housing goals and objectives. <br />e.
