CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) is an A-Minor Reliever and has capacity <br />for the retail traffic. The site is part of a master planned development. <br /> <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet <br /> <br />An environmental assessment is not required for the retail development. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />There are no wetlands on site. <br /> <br />Shoreland Management Overlay District <br /> <br />The site is not within the shoreland district. <br /> <br />Floodplain <br /> <br />There is no FEMA floodplain on site. <br /> <br />Additional City and Government Agency Review Comments <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department received the plans and did not have any comments. <br /> <br />Public Safety Comments <br /> <br />The Fire Division is requesting a hydrant in front of the business with the drive through.
