<br />Effective December 1 <br /> <br />Ordinance adoption requires two readings at least two weeks apart. Ordinance becomes <br />effective after adoption, publication and elapse of 30 days. <br /> <br />Staff has researched the recently enacted MN Statute 151.72, reviewed ordinance enacted <br />in other Cities, participated in meetings and discussion through League of Minnesota <br />Cities and worked with City Attorney Jay Squires to develop this ordinance. This work <br />has resulted in the attached Ordinance number 03-22 adding Ordinance 619 Regulating <br />Edible Cannabinoid Products in the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />Staff recommends moving forward the first reading of this proposed ordinance at the <br />October 10, 2022 Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 03-22 <br /> <br />
