PUD Concept Plan shows a 557 unit development with single family homes <br />behind your Robinson Drive single family homes. Figure 3. Yield Plan shows a 707 unit development <br />with single family homes and townhomes behind Robinson Drive. There are no apartments <br />proposed behind Robinson Drive. Take a look at the EAW concepts and you’ll get an idea as to what <br />is being contemplated. As the project moves forward, the developer will submit a PUD Development <br />Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat that will better define the project. Public hearings will be held and <br />notices will be sent again to property owners in the area for additional comments. <br /> <br />Certainly let me know if you have any more questions.
