The City of Lino Lakes finds that the environmental effects of the project can be <br />adequately anticipated and controlled given the results of the environmental review and <br />permitting process. <br />6. RECORD OF DECISION <br />Based on the EAW, the response to comments, and the Findings of Fact, the City of Lino Lakes, <br />the RGU for this environmental review, concludes the following: <br />1. The EAW was prepared in compliance with the procedures of the Minnesota <br />Environmental Policy Act and Minnesota Rules, Parts 4410.1000 to 4410.1700 (2015); <br />2. The EAW satisfactorily addressed the issues for which existing information could have <br />been reasonably obtained; <br />3. Based on the criteria established in Minnesota Rules 4410.1700, the project does not <br />have the potential for significant environmental effects; <br />4. The City makes a "Negative Declaration," and <br />S. An EIS is not required. <br />30 <br />
