COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />5 <br />6H) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 22-117, Adopting Assessments, 2022 Individual 162 <br />Properties– Kelsey Gelhar, WSB & Associates, reviewed her written staff report. The 163 <br />recommended assessments are for properties where owners have signed off and are petitioning the 164 <br />council to proceed. 165 <br />Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 22-117 as presented. Councilmember 166 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 167 <br />6I) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 22-118, Adopting Assessments, Butler Addition – 168 <br />Kelsey Gelhar, WSB & Associates, reviewed her written staff report. The recommended assessment 169 <br />is for work included in a project. 170 <br />Councilmember Lyden moved to approve Resolution No. 22-118 as presented. Councilmember 171 <br />Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 172 <br />6J) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 22-119, Adopting Assessments, Watermark 5th 173 <br />Addition - Kelsey Gelhar, WSB & Associates, reviewed her written staff report. The recommended 174 <br />assessment are the Watermark 5th Addition. 175 <br />Councilmember Stoesz noted that the interest rate is noted at 5% and the City Administrator 176 <br />confirmed that staff is comfortable with that figure. 177 <br />Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 22-119 as presented. Councilmember 178 <br />Ruhland seconded the motion.
