I" Reading: <br />Publication: <br />2"d Reading: <br />Effective: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO.08-22 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 1007: ZONING CODE <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Findings. The City Council finds that the amended zoning code and zoning map <br />protects the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the residents of <br />the community. <br />Section 2. Amendment. The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code including the <br />zoning map is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced with the following attached exhibits: <br />Exhibit A: Chapter 1007: Zoning Code <br />Exhibit B: Zoning Map of Lino Lakes <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
