CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 22-138 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project. WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project. 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project for an amount not to <br />exceed $67,788.00. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of November, 2022.
