A summary of the project scope is described as follows: Utility Work – Replace and rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer along Pheasant Run and up to Captain’s Place. Upsize the existing potable water main from 6 to 8 inch diameter along Pheasant Run, up to Captain’s Place and loop back in at <br />Blackduck Drive. Install a new 12-inch diameter raw water main from Well No. 5 to Birch Street as outlined in the comprehensive plan. <br />Drainage Improvements – Replace existing storm sewer, evaluate ponding for expansion to meet current stormwater standards and evaluate an outlet for the landlocked wetland between Captain’s Place and Pheasant Run. <br /> Street Reconstruction – Construct a street section that meets current city standards and install new curb and gutter. Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: I. Prepare Final Project Plans Final construction plans will be prepared indicating the project location, utility layouts, and street improvements. Surveyed topographic information will be used to prepare plan and profile sheets for the street profile, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer. Base drawing information will include surveyed information, GSOC design locates, city parcel map information, and record plans. II. Final Quantities An Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost will be completed with the final construction plans. <br /> III. Prepare Permits, Specifications and Bidding Documents WSB will assist the City in preparing permit application(s) and/or approval requests and will assist the City with submitting the applications/approval requests to the appropriate regulatory agencies. Permit applications
