CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-136 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITY <br />CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH 2O22 PROPERTY TAXES PAYABLE IN 2023 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.30, Section 402.14, Subd. 6, and Section 404.10 <br />a list of properties having delinquent water, sewer, and storm water charges has been prepared to <br />be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with 2022 property taxes, payable in <br />2023, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to effected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent utility <br />charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />authorization of the certification of delinquent water, sewer, and storm water charges as indicated <br />on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2022 property taxes, <br />payable in 2023 at an interest rate of 5.00% per annum. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of November, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />and was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
