The Public Safety Department and any other officers, employees or agents as the Council may <br />designate shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The officers shall have the power to inspect <br />private premises and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the commission and maintenance of <br />public nuisances. No person shall enter private property under this section without the express <br />written permission of the owner or occupant of the property. If permission is not granted, the <br />provisions of § 101.14 concerning administrative search and seizure warrants shall be followed. <br /> <br />9050.07 ABATEMENT. <br /> <br />A nuisance under this section may be abated according to the provisions of Chapter 903. <br /> <br />Section 2.
