Amendments. <br /> Amending all sections of the chapter to indicate that the legal age for sales to,possession of,use <br /> of and procurement of tobacco produced is 21 years. <br /> Section 602.10, is amended to add a compliance check process; <br /> Section 602.13, is added so as to include administrative civil penalties and procedures. <br /> Section 2: Effect <br /> This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br /> to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br /> Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on December 12, 2022. <br /> This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
